The plot is considered to be flat which is south western orientation. According to strict local regulations we planned the house on the left property line. This installation is typical of rural towns and villages in Hungary.
We planned the house with a modern masonry structure, furthermore by shifted half-roof and varied facade surfaces, which resulted in a modern design.
The building is designed to meet the needs of a family with two children.
It was an important consideration in the design that the block of children's rooms is separated from the parental block, which connected to the living-dining-kitchen zone.
The dining room opens to the terrace and the garden.
Using bricks and wood we tried to reflect the architectural traditions of the village.
