Modern Kitsch Bicolour Kitchen with Daring Elements | Alan Richards

The brief was pretty simple - unlike most clients, this one was ready to experiment and wanted a really bold kitchen design incorporating two clashing colours - red and blue. We had to work around the existing rustic interior with amazing beams and exposed brickwork. The focal point of this bespoke kitchen is the solid-wood worktop with red engineered quartz inlays.
The use of leather upholstery is unusual, however, this creates a super cosy breakfast area. The kitchen wouldn't be quite the same without the finishing touches and decor elements - the antique butchers block, vintage metal signs and a variety of lamps ranging from an unusual table lamp to a mix of pendant lights.
