Minimal mine | ZOOI design

Interior project of a modern apartment for a family with two children, full of original design items and solutions. Pavel Voytov and Maxim Doschinsky from ZOOI studio designed this interior after the merging of two apartments, a one-bedroom and a three-bedroom flat.

A spacious open space encloses the kitchen and the living room, divided only by a spacious sofa. Wanting to give this environment a natural effect, ZOOI designers have created decorative wall panels similar to massive boulders of rough stone, charcoal in the living room and white in the kitchen. The technical lighting of the fabric XAL (Austria) illuminates the open space in the evening.
The kitchen and its module for storing utensils come from the famous Italian factory Minacciolo, while the shelf unit made of perforated polished copper was created by the studio  ZOOI exclusively for this interior.
In addition to the table in the centre of the kitchen, there is also a bar area that also serves as a cooking surface.
In the daytime the minimalist living room is illuminated by massive panoramic windows; it is composed of a large soft sofa able to accommodate the whole family and a modern design item created by ZOOI designers exclusively for this family interior: "Bird's Cage", the blue armchair in the shape of a cage fenced by a metal frame.

The master bedroom exceeds the standards in terms of comfort and modernity: it is in fact composed by a private bathroom also equipped with a shower box, an office and a dressing room. The interior of the master bedroom is full of original interior items that make this room special such as the purple armchair Walter Knoll (Germany) and the two monkey-shaped lamps from the factory Seletti (Italy) near the bed, the purple chairs Bla Station (Sweden) in the office etc.

For the children aged 5 and 7, the designers Maxim Doschinsky and Pavel Voytov have designed two special bedrooms that are similar in design and colour. Each room has, in fact, a study area with a bookshelf and a blackboard, climbing walls and world maps, as well as the original wall lamps from the factory Karman in the shape of owl and deer.
There is also a modern emerald-coloured guest bathroom and a laundry room.
