For Eosta, a distributor of biological, fresh and honest fruits and vegetables, who wanted to create an office that should be completely circular, Dennebos was asked to produce a floor fitting within this concept. By looking at the CO2 footprint demand was to use timber out of the Netherlands, preferrably Elm. In Amsterdam they were just cutting Elm which was secured and was cut in the demanded thickness and width. Timber was sawn in wearlayers, dried, glued and profiled in our own production and oiled with an oxidative drying hard-wax oil, which is bio-decradable. Stairnoses and treads in same material have been produced to get both floors connected in same style with an estonishing end result!
