New apartment are designed with open plan living as a key house design element. Sunlight fills the space in the morning and evening hours. Hand-molded brick walls are connected to the streets of the flooded city. 2 mezzanines are located above the inner brick blocks-rooms. One for additional storage, the other for guests. The white metal construction under the ceiling resembles the elements of a sailboat. Sea animals swim through the walls.
The floor and most of the furniture is made of larch.
