Villa Flavia is a renovation project executed by BJ CONCEPT. It took 7 months to turn the 300 year old abandoned lady into a luxury villa with all modern ameneties. Located in a small Hamlet village in Northwest Istria, 3km from the sea, this 160m2 villa, consist of 4 bedrooms, whereas 3 of them has on-suite baths, a large terrace overlooking the split level garden. The main feature of the outdoors is the large pool with its lounge area and shower.
The goal of BJ CONCEPT was to keep as many original interior features as possible and create a minimalistic style, yet cosy and personal.
