The property of 350 square meters al 1944 Bartolache, Colonia Del Valle, lodges this building with four apartments of 220 and 110 square meters. On three levels and 20 percent open áreas, the building was designed not to disrupt the street belt, by tucking the main ornament of the building, to emphasize two volumes and create a versatile frontage. Thus, the presence of the building site with overlapped sections is softened using paneled exposed concrete. A nonconvetional approach is made to accentuate daily, informal and commonly disregarded features, in order to engender new projects in the same urban outline. Inside, marble, wood and aluminum are the materials that texturize the circulation areas and finishes, in agreement with the internal patios that enlighten and aerate the apartments. The service core, arranged lengthwise, allows the peripheral layout of dwellings, as it vestibules and suggests alternative interpretations of inner public space.
