We had to create 3D rendering of existing historical building in Los Angeles, update first floor exterior look and keep total historical building structure, decor elements and perfect authentic look. Also we had to create 3D visualization of open air restaurant on the courtyard, with nice evening lighting and green plants decoration. Dining area on the roof must be realized too.
Also we created 3D visualization of grand restaurant on the ground floor and restaurant in the tower. The main part of the building will have offices areas, so we showed how these offices can look together with kitchen area for the staff.
