I was appointed by Developers Promobuilding for a series of living spaces in and around Barcelona to start up a new refurbishment low-budget business market. The new identity of the client required a new spatial concept to show a new way of selling the products, such as properties and lofts. Conserving the idea of "compactness" experienced in the previous commission by the same client for a Student Housing (Gothic Area-Carrer Ample, Barcelona) here the space is definitely public, to be lived more openly. The "active band" in this case is identified by lining up the kitchens or bathrooms belonging to the different lofts unit. They still mark a sequence of living ambient avoiding wasted. The spatiality perceived is unique as well as fresh design.
