DESCRIPTION: The project envisages an improvement in road connections, an increase in public green spaces, an environmental impact mitigation and new pedestrian and cycle links. The use of the most modern construction techniques is envisaged in order to create an energy efficient building using recyclable and environmentally compatible materials together with the most up-to-date technologies such as photovoltaics and geothermal energy.
