Co-value sharing model

On the 10th and 11th floor of the highest Défense tower, Kwerk Tour First combines design and wellness for a renewed and unique working environment.

If isolation is the enemy of creativity, Kwerk is the new and glamorous definition of sharing work spaces. A highly sophisticated twist characterises Tour First: a dramatic-theatrical dimension in a luxurious co-working environment. Welcome to the innovative artistic world of Albert Angel, architect and designer, and Lawrence Knights, French-English entrepreneur, who imagined this unusual place. The project is midway between a decoration showroom, with its ultra-design furniture and coloured cork walls, and a Museum of Culture, with its display windows containing animals and plaster items. Along with it, Kwerk also bring a more human dimension that promotes the creativity and wellness of all. Yoga courses, a fitness room with cardio machines and wellness areas to recharge the body and mind during a frenetic day. This confirms Kwerk as the new Parisian place-to-work.

Significant lighting design consulting by Linea Light Group in the French capital: an all-around project that reflects the extreme versatility of the group's products. Distinctive features of the Kwerk sites are the white decorative statues placed in the walls, resting on the floor or positioned in display windows, whether they are elephants, buckets, pipes or telephones. To illuminate them, Eyelet spotlights were used because of their compact dimensions and their extremely versatile application. Going through the 500m2 of the space, in all of the common areas we find a distinctive element - the Oh! Mars spheres in the custom-made ceiling-mounted version, with the classic colouring reminiscent of the red planet. Bookshelves, niches and furnishings stand out thanks to the precise lighting of the Nitum flush-mounted spotlights and the Pound floodlights that combine an elegant and minimal look with high level lighting performance. In the wellness area, the choice fell to the Vos downlights with Warm Tune TM dimmer technology: the simultaneous variation of intensity and colour temperature (from 3000 to 1800 degrees Kelvin) allows the creation of soft and relaxing atmospheres. Other Vos items, this time in the swivelling version, are positioned in all the corridors to direct the lighting where necessary, taking advantage of the great visual comfort and the set-back source with pinhole optics compartment for total control of the direct glare. To light the bistrot area, there is a custom-made version of Tour with a 74 cm diameter and internal side emission, the perfect companion for a healthy and tasty break. For the outdoors, the use of Iris_67 and Periskop floodlights enhances the vegetation with beams of accent lighting.
