It is worth starting with the location of the apartment. The center of Lviv sq.Rynok. The house was builted in 1893 by architect M. Fekhter. This project attracted us by the idea of the client. Business class apartment for rent that will talking about its story. Therefore, we showed in the interior walls of the Austrian brick, restored the interior doors. This was the main impetus for the creation of empathic design. The apartment contains everything you need for modern life. And even more because it has own romanticism. As you can see there are many individual details that were handmaded. Elstead lighting, Tubadzin ceramic tile, Bugnatese mixers and others were used to implement the project also. Thanks to all who took a part in this project.
