The Multifunctional Complex consists of a mixed corporate tower and a shopping center. The way the joint was implanted, taking advantage of the unevenness and the two fronts ensured an integration with the near and distant surroundings with beautiful visuals in a place of expressive expansion. Work, live and buy without much mobility in a comfortable place, where aesthetics, acoustics and thermal environmental quality preserve the health of the human being. Highlight in innovation guided the project as the flexibility of use and the mobility of the construction process.
