Aquileia Capital

Designed with the intention of representing solidity and reliability of the company, the new headquarters of Aquileia Capital was entirely commissioned to Progetto CMR and Progetto Design & Build, from concept to realization, for an end result of the highest quality.

The new spaces are located on the top floor of a historic building of the 1930s located in Via Gonzaga in the heart of Milan. The studied layout of the spaces, in which open and flexible areas are alternated with environments characterized by greater privacy and confidentiality, has the purpose of favoring comfort and safety both in the standard workflow as well as in the most important activities. The presence of a welcoming reception area and a large break area contributes to the atmosphere of comfort and tranquillity both for those who use the spaces on a daily basis and for external visitors.

A selected palette of fine materials and neutral colors for floors and finishes are perfectly suited to the historic environment where, through a respectful renovation of the context, the ceilings, fixtures and other fine details have been kept original.

Solidity, security and tranquility are the fundamental elements that characterize the company and that the new spaces want to convey in every detail.
