Apartment in an older building in the heart of Tel Aviv | Aviram - Kushmirski

A 92 square meter apartment in an older building in the heart of Tel  - Aviv.

 The outer frame of the apartment is long and narrow, with a large number of pillars and beams. It was refurbished as a wide open space in which the previous disadvantages and limitations have become advantages and an integral part of the design concept.

 Many of the elements making up the design were customized as a “limited edition” solely for this project.

 To create a feeling of space larger than the apartment’s actual dimensions, a unique wall unit / library and a floating bench were designed and installed respectively along the entire length and width of the apartment. Together, they frame the urban landscape as a natural continuation of the apartment, while at the same time; they unify the living and dining areas into one, continuous whole.
