Amalgamation and renovation to Prime Grade II listed 3 floor maisonette in Knightsbridge for UHNI. London / United Kingdom / 2013
This project at Cadogan square, the most desirable residential address, involved significant renovation works.
Due to years of neglect, covering up of previous cheap conversions and overall bad craftsmanship and damages to original historic features.
GBG were involved to expertly carry out structural works, soundproofing works to walls ceiling, and partitions.
We designed and installed new MEP services satisfying new high demand requirements. We completed full electrical rewiring, data infrastructure for smart home, and AV installation.
Our team carefully restored, then copied period decorative plasterwork remains for reinstallation. We created new modern layouts with new partitions, complete plastering for perfectly flat walls, high standard decorating, parquet flooring installation among other works.
