The Saarland University decided in favour of a straight-line furniture design to reduce
distractions and to support efficient working and learning. The tables of the PENSUM series with
their modern language of forms give the impression that you can really think freely here during
seminars, lectures or meetings. Due to the integration of electrification and communication
standards such as laptops or projectors, the cost-intensive equipment of additional separate
rooms is no longer necessary.
In addition, the chosen colour scheme in white with a subtle black table edge contributes to a
harmonious atmosphere in both the offices and teaching rooms, keeping the thought flowing.
