The owners of this large detached Victorian House, wanted us to work on designs for the building that would open up the internal rooms to provide large entertaining spaces. The property is located in a conservation area and had been divided into 3 flats previously. The clients wished to re-instate the property as a single family home.

The client wanted to ensure that all period features were carefully restored both inside and out. The addition of light wells and a two story glass extension allow natural light to flood the core of the building, enabling bright open spaces which are fit for modern living.
