Private Home

This private home in South Africa was built by a German client in 2016. The owner originally comes from the Black Forest region in Germany - the home of pur natur - and wanted to use sustainable wood from his homeland for most of the interior. For this reason he picked solid Douglas floorboards of the 200series and 300series in random lengths. Further pur natur Douglas furniture wood was used for the window sills, stairs as well as handrails. A pur natur »Alpin« terrace extends the barefoot-feeling into the garden and invites to spend mild evenings outside.
