Located in one of the best-favored neighborhoods due to its excellent location and growing urban-architectural development, Juarez Neighborhood in the Mexico City.

LIVUNO, is a project that from its conception raises the use of its three fronts to distribute all departments with sight, ventilation and natural lighting. The architectural language is oriented towards an honest handling of its materials, exposes in its structure, a sober texture of the concrete and in its walls a monochromatic color of the pieces of white concrete block.

The building has 24 residential units divided into 3 types: Flat, Town Houses and Penthouses distributed in 5 levels. The Town Houses have a rear garden of stone and vegetation, with sliding windows from floor to ceiling to integrate the exterior-interior. Offering a house within the urban mass. The Flats, with terrace that generates different perspectives towards the street, consisting of 1 or 2 bedrooms. The Penthouses of 3 levels, have private roof garden and 3 bedrooms that give the possibility to a full family to inhabit it.

The facades towards its three fronts show the presence of a new event in the surroundings, manifesting, in two of its facades, strict linearity through the large glass openings, against the solidity of the opaque and whitish materiality of its surfaces. The white block slabs and slender columns, which spring from the solid base of white concrete, give the sensation of floating.

The access to the building through a large glass door framed in mirror aluminum that weaves towards a double height ramp with a lattice wall made of recycled wood.

The contrast of the black enclosure of its floors and walls of white concrete block in the corridors invite to a journey, finishing off with the wall of the elevator covered in MDF and in front a concrete staircase apparent with a slender black tubular railing, framed to the background by a block lattice wall that supports the ventilation and natural lighting inside.

The interior design of the apartments exposes the texture and natural color of their materials, to generate a natural environment. White block, white concrete, recycled wood, polished granite and ceramics are some materials that dominate the interior. The apartments have floor-to-ceiling flip-down windows, which are defined by each user due to the fact that it has a glass railing inside for greater security.

The Roof Garden with its fine green areas, offers users a meeting space and coexistence. This area displays a varied proposal of plant species, from succulent plants embedded in pieces of block, to trees with fruit generating small urban gardens. A new conception of open space, allows to offer spaces for rest, recreation and conviviality, which offer a pause at the hectic pace of living in a big city.
