Situated in a 90's district in Amsterdam, the apartment has a typical plan, with an open living space and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms will be converted into a home office, that will seldom be used as a guest bedroom.

The living-room contains a single volume of dark furniture that embraces two walls and forms places (reading place, TV place, quick brunch place) inside the living space. The modular couch strengthens the idea of a multiple purpose space, while its playful colors and plushy texture contrasting with the rigid dark sleek volume of the furniture.
