[ENG] - DHPG has been active in the consulting business for more than 65 years. The headquarters of the company is in Bonn.

The concept of the new building was to skilfully combine the different work areas and promote interdisciplinary cooperation in the company. The concept also integrates tea kitchens, communication islands, libraries and reference collections as well as entire archives in an open area with a uniform design language. A mixed-use zone was created, extending across all of the floors, to offer numerous functions and a large volume of storage space.

Like different blocks in the classic computer game Tetris, the anthracite-coloured elements of different heights slot into various positions on the also anthracite-coloured carpet. With coloured communication islands and free-standing tea kitchens to liven up the design, a vibrant and diverting central zone landscape was created.

[DE] - Seit nunmehr 65 Jahren ist die DHPG im Beratungsgeschäft aktiv. Der Standort Bonn ist Hauptsitz der Gesellschaft.

Das Konzept des Neubaus sollte die unterschiedliche Arbeitsbereiche gekonnt miteinander verbinden und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Hauses fördern. Zudem integriert das Konzept in einem offenen Bereich mit einer einheitlichen Design-Sprache Teeküchen, Kommunikationsinseln, Bibliotheken und Handapparate sowie ganze Archive. Über alle Etagen sollte eine Kombizone entstehen, die zahlreiche Funktionen und ein großes Stauraumvolumen bietet.

Wie verschiedene Steine im Computerspiel-Klassiker Tetris reihen sich anthrazitfarbene Schrankelemente der Produktlinie basiccap in  unterschiedlicher Höhe und Lage versetzt auf. Aufgelockert mit farbigen Kommunikationsinseln und frei stehenden Teeküchen entstand eine lebendige und kurzweilige Mittelzonen-Landschaft.
