The apartment is part of a re-establishment project which aims to transform the old château into a new luxury apartment building. The whole exterior should be preserved because the building is classified cultural heritage. The only interventions allowed are inside, where partition walls, floors and ceilings can be modified.

Most of the floors in the apartment are made in oak parquet except for the bathrooms where self-leveling concrete was used. The walls are covered in travertine plaster and some of them are tinted in white or anthracite. The ceilings which were quite damaged are restored with plasterboards and painted in white. Only in the tower, where the main bedroom is, visible original wooden ceiling is left.

The furniture is adapted to the colors and the materials used for the apartment. The main elements are done in leather, inox, wood and glass. Bathtubs and sinks are made in acrylic.
