Uno dei più importanti Broker italiani ha affidato ad Arclab la realizzazione chiavi in mano della nuova sede societaria. In un immobile singolo sviluppato su tre piani con un rapporto diretto con la strada sono stati effettuati dei lavori di completo rifacimento degli spazi arrivando a sostituire e reinventare completamente tutti i collegamenti verticali. Il risultato è stato per Arclab estremamente gratificante, dalle complesse opere murarie e strutturali per la nuova scala in ferro, ai nuovi impianti di climatizzazione ed elettrici per concludere nell’immagine degli spazi e degli arredi. Tre piani molto diversi che esprimono al meglio il rinnovamento di una società storica che guarda la futuro con grande dinamismo.

One of the most important Italian brokers entrusted Arclab with the turnkey construction of the new company headquarter. In a single building, developed on three floors, that overlooks the street, works have been carried out to completely rebuild the spaces, replacing and reinventing all the vertical connections.
The result was extremely gratifying for Arclab: the complex masonry and structural works for a new iron staircase, the new air conditioning and electrical and the new image of spaces and furnishings. Three very different floors that best express the renewal of a historical society that looks forward to the future with great dynamism.
