In a recently renewed “vecchia Milano” context, this three-storey apartment is made up of wide and open spaces. A vast living area is placed at ground level, featuring an open kitchen with a window wall. The design had to cope with an irregular shell, so drywall systems and tailored pieces of furniture were made in order to reorganize the main rooms and make the most out the existing spaces. Flooring textures and decorations stand out thanks to a neutral treatment of walls and ceilings, with light and fresh colours, mainly in the bathrooms design, with both a Mediterranean and contemporary flavour.

In un contesto vecchia Milano completamente rinnovato, l’appartamento su tre livelli è caratterizzato da ambienti ampi e aperti. Il piano terra ospita una grande zona giorno con cucina a vista, schermata da una vetrata. Il progetto si è dovuto confrontare con un involucro irregolare, sono quindi state realizzate contropareti e armadiature per riordinare le stanze e sfruttare al meglio gli spazi esistenti. Un trattamento neutro delle superfici, con colori delicati e freschi, permette di dare risalto a pavimenti e decorazioni, soprattutto nei bagni - tra mediterraneo e contemporaneo.
