This project reinvents the character of a 20th century flat and breaks the conventional idea of a dwelling apartment to creat polyvalent, multiaccess and unexpected spaces such as the transparent walk-in closet and bathrooms.
Valgreen’s team emphasis existing modernist elements and combine them with actual neat design.
The unique Nolla floor was totally restored as well as the modernist ceiling mouldings and the vaulted ceilings over the hallway by specialists and artisans.
