L’INTERVENTO IN BIOARCHITETTURA, CREA UN MICROCOSMO CHE NON HA ALCUNA RELAZIONE MIMETICA CON L’INTORNO.
 
L’intervento è localizzato su un’area semi-periferica di scarsa qualità architettonica e crea un microcosmo che non ha alcuna relazione mimetica con l’intorno. L’edificio è dichiaratamente contemporaneo: pareti ventilate e frangisole in legno, terrazzi in acciaio e legno, tetto ad unica falda rivestito in rame, abbaini di forma non convenzionale.

I materiali sono naturali, certificati, scelti secondo i principi dell’architettura bio-ecologica. Le murature sono in laterizio, la struttura dei solai e del tetto in legno certificato FSC, gli isolanti in fibre naturali (sughero, fibra di legno), l’impianto di riscaldamento geotermico con distribuzione radiante a pavimento, l’impianto elettrico di tipo domotico. Completano questo progetto di bioarchitettura una cisterna per la raccolta dell’acqua piovana e una serra solare che contribuisce al riscaldamento dell’abitazione al piano terra.

BIO-ECOLOGICAL CRITERIA AND CONTEMPORARY LANGUAGE FOR THIS BUILDING IN THE PERIPHERY OF VARESE
 
The project is located on a semi-periphery of Varese, a site of poor architectural quality and creates a microcosm that has no relation to camouflage with their surroundings. The building is can be defined as contemporary with ventilated walls and blinds in wood, steel and wooden terraces, roof only ground covered with copper dormers of unconventional shape.

The materials are natural, certified, selected according to the principles of bio-ecological. The walls are brick, the structure of the floors and roof of FSC certified wood, the fiber insulation natural (cork, wood fiber), the geothermal heating with radiant distribution floor, the electrical system of home automation type. Complete this project of green architecture a tank for collecting rainwater and a solar greenhouse that contributes to heat the ground floor.
