The Government of Roma Capitale recently fused its companies that handle public urban trasportation. This is the new headquarters designed to host them, it is the result of a competition for a “turnkey” solution, where the location was included. Europarco is certainly the first new generation management centre in Rome, and it is capable to containing both public and/or private urban functions. The building is simple and austere and, in its forms, it represents the alternation between static and dynamics values in the complex movement of a contemporary city.
