Klein Fein Hotel Anderlahn | monovolume architecture + design

On the edge of Parcines in South Tyrol, against a backdrop of vine-covered slopes and dramatic mountain peaks, stands the Klein Fein Hotel Anderlahn. Based on an architectural competition, a stylish and modern extension to the main house was designed, which can be operated independently or in symbiosis with the latter .

The project is divided into two construction phases. In the first phase, the underground car park and the ground floor were completed. In a second phase, the upper floors with luxurious holiday flats will follow. The ground floor and the upper floors contrast not only in their choice of materials but also in their form. The clear and straight lines of the wellness area and the porphyry cladding symbolise permanence and tranquillity. The curved shapes on the upper floors and the use of wood stand for lightness and relaxation.

Recreation in close contact with nature is a central aspect of the design. The building was arranged in the south of the plot and frames a central oasis of well- being. The infinity pool with salt water is enveloped by a natural pond which provides strength and calm, while targeted planting brings the surrounding nature directly into the wellness area. Visual connections from the interior establish a constant relationship with the landscape. The use of local materials makes nature an integral part of the design. Earthy colors and atmospheric light spots create a comforting atmosphere

Wohlfühloase in der Natur
Am Rand von Partschins, vor dem Hintergrund von weinbewachsenen Hängen und dramatischen Bergspitzen steht das Klein Fein Hotel Anderlahn. Anhand eines geladenen Wettbewerbes wurde eine stilvolle und moderne Erweiterung des Haupthauses geplant, die je nach Bedarf unabhängig oder in Symbiose mit diesem betrieben werden kann.

Das Projekt gliedert sich in zwei Bauphasen. In der ersten Phase entstanden die Tiefgarage und das Erdgeschoss. In einem zweiten Schritt folgen die darüberliegenden Geschosse mit luxuriösen Ferienappartements. Das Erdgeschoss und die Obergeschosse kontrastieren neben der Materialwahl auch in ihrer Form. Die klaren und geraden Linien des Wellnessbereichs und die Verkleidung mit Porphyr symbolisieren Beständigkeit und Ruhe. Geschwungene Formen in den oberen Geschossen und die Verwendung von Holz stehen für Leichtigkeit und Erholung.

Entspannung in engem Kontakt mit der Natur ist ein Hauptaspekt des Entwurfs. Das Gebäude wurde im Süden des Grundstücks angeordnet und umrahmt eine zentrale Wohlfühloase. Der Infinity-Pool mit Salzwasser wird von einem natürlichen Badeteich umarmt, der Kraft und Erholung spendet, während gezielte Bepflanzung die umliegende Natur direkt in den Wellnessbereich holt. Blickbezüge aus dem Inneren stellen eine ständige Beziehung mit der Landschaft her. Der Einsatz lokaler Materialien macht die Natur zum integrativen Bestandteil des Projekts. Erdnahe Farben und stimmungsvolle Lichtpunkte erzeugen eine behagliche Atmosphäre.

Oasi di benessere tra natura
Ai margini di Parcines, in Alto Adige, su uno sfondo di pendii ricoperti di vigneti e cime spettacolari, sorge il Klein Fein Hotel Anderlahn. Sulla base di un concorso di architettura è stato progettato un ampliamento elegante e moderno della casa famigliare e dell’hotel.

Il progetto è diviso in due fasi di costruzione. Nella prima fase, il parcheggio sotterraneo e il piano terra. I una seconda fase, seguiranno i piani superiori con lussuosi appartamenti per vacanze. Il piano terra e i piani superiori si contrappongono per la scelta dei materiali e nella forma. Le linee pulite e rette dell'area benessere e il rivestimento in porfido trasmettono tranquillità e quiete, mentre le forme curve dei piani superiori e l'uso del legno sono sinonimo di leggerezza e calore. 

Al centro, l’area relax dell’hotel è uno spazio a stretto contatto con la natura. L'edificio è orientato a sud verso le montagne e al centro un'oasi di benessere diventa il luogo di spensieratezza per l’ospite. La piscina a sfioro con acqua salata adiacente ad uno stagno naturale rafforza il legame con il paesaggio, mentre la scelta di una vegetazione spontanea consente di trovare un rapporto diretto con la natura nella zona benessere. Negli spazi interni sono numerose le relazioni visive con il paesaggio nel design, come l'uso di materiali ed i colori terra, marroni, grigi, rossi e i punti luce che creano un'atmosfera accogliente.
