We will have succeeded if nothing can be seen from outside the Island. A new Private Island Resort with the Villas designed and built as part of the unique Seychelles granite outcrops. Filtered light is sent deep inside the Villas through top-lit swimming pools and rock outcrops surround the black granite geometric shapes. The houses capture the wind and use a ‘venturi’ effect to provide natural cooing whilst the Resort lies deep underneath natural palm thatch creating an ‘Island Home’.
