It is not a matter of size, or about individual building’s dimension but is the architectural variety and its planimetric layout that makes it empirical, casual, and anonymous.
It is necessary to recover (or discover) a structure, a principle, that affirms the setting-up logic and the proximity of individual units, that will be possible through a “structure” that highlights the hierarchy of the parts and spaces. Each single element thus has a role to compose the unit of a new ensemble.
The “ensemble” as a morphological structure and thanks to his architectural aspect, defines in this case the identity and value of place in the collective imagination.
The important presence of trees and green can determine, in our project, a choice of conservation for a naturalized environment.
The intensification of green areas with trees, redefines, enhancing, the scale relation between plant structures and the one, two and three-story constructions.

The vegetation could occupy all the roofing plans of the buildings, transforming them into green terraces, in order to create, thanks to its different levels location, a true new special landscape, a green oasis with its own characteristics both in terms of image and function and moreover in terms of new activities.
Safeguarding existing trees and improving them would also means the beginning of a “green-naturalization” process of the practicable surfaces that, starting from level 0.00, rising with overlapped terraces up to the top of the buildings.
As on new ground, placed at different heights, the stratification of green opens to new habits of living and to new way to enjoy the open space, this stratification opens to proximity relationships between single terraces.
If the natural reference ground plane merges into the articulation of the overlapping terrace’s levels, the vertical building’s walls will be uniformly treated in the finishes and materials that will be used for the different existing building’s shape
In such kind of landscape, it will necessary to emphasize the internal-external relationship, which means that it will be important trying to have more openings as possible in order to perceive and see deeply through the new landscape of the oasis we are building.
