"Bistrot" is the new restaurant of the Nuvola Lavazza in Turin designed by Cino Zucchi Architetti and RGAstudio, open both to the Lavazza’s employees and to the external guests: it is planned to host up to 280 guests and it is located on the first and second floor of the building "La Centrale", a historical Enel power–station renewed as part of the "Lavazza Headquarters" masterplan.
From the hall on the ground floor, people can reach the dining areas and the self-service “islands” on the first floor and move to the second and last level, where they can enjoy a more intimate dining mode.
The design of the interiors wants to preserve the industrial features of the building, trying to mix them with a more familiar and domestic atmosphere: in this way, the metal frameworks of the kitchens are balanced by the wooden, "homely" furnishings arranged in the dining areas; the basic and simple materials – wood, gres-tiles and wallpapers chosen for the finishing – give to the surfaces a detailed and sophisticated texture: the day light, captured by the existing skylights and the historical windows on the gardens, is naturally emphasized by the clear and soft-toned colors of floors and ceilings, making the space airy and bright.

"Bistrot" è il nuovo ristorante della Nuvola Lavazza a Torino. Progettato da Cino Zucchi Architetti e RGAstudio il ristorante è aperto sia ai collaboratori Lavazza sia a ospiti esterni; gli spazi, predisposti per ospitare fino a 280 persone, sono situati al piano primo e secondo dell’edificio denominato “La Centrale”, storica centrale elettrica Enel riqualificata nell’ambito del master plan dell’intero isolato.
Dalla hall situata al piano terra, gli ospiti possono raggiungere le aree di consumazione e le "isole" self-service situate al piano primo e da qui raggiungere il secondo e ultimo livello dove si trovano le zone di consumazione più riservate.
Il progetto di interni vuole preservare le caratteristiche industriali dell’edificio, provando a contaminarle con un’atmosfera familiare e domestica; in questa direzione le pareti di ferro/vetro delle cucine sono bilanciate dal legno degli arredi disposti nelle aree consumazione. 
I materiali semplici - legno, gres e carte da parati scelti per le finiture - conferiscono alle superfici particolari e sofisticate texture.
La luce naturale, catturata dai lucernari esistenti e dalle ampie storiche finestre sul giardino interno, è naturalmente enfatizzata dai toni chiari e tenui di pavimenti e soffitti rendendo così gli spazi ariosi e luminosi.
