SUMMARY

 On the the intersection Kirchmeierstreet and the planned bridge of Klenze, conveniently located plot in Regensburg (Bavaria), a red-pixellated hall was created for three fire trucks with locker room, central clothing store and ancillary rooms.

The fire department hall is positioned on the property boundary due to the small depth of the plot. In an elevated gray contrasting building connected to the hall via a staircase, the office building with administration and training area is connected parallel to the street.

With the elevation of this structure, the necessary parking spaces and, above all, a deliberate urban development accent were realized in the area of ​​the bridgehead, the intersection and along the road. The architecture therefore develops on the one hand from requirements specific to use and technology, on the other hand from the position and the shape of the building plot.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Auf dem an der Kreuzung Kirchmeierstraße und der geplanten Klenzebrücke verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegenem Grundstück in Regensburg (Bayern) wurde eine rotgepixelte Halle für drei Einsatzfahrzeuge mit Umkleide, zentraler Kleiderkammer und Nebenräumen geschaffen. Die Feuerwehrhalle ist aufgrund der geringen Grundstückstiefe auf der Grundstücksgrenze positioniert. In einem über ein Treppenhaus mit der Halle verbundenen aufgeständerten grau kontrastierenden Bau ist parallel zur Straße der Bürobau mit Verwaltungs- und Schulungsbereich angekoppelt. Mit der Aufständerung dieses Baukörpers konnten die notwendigen Stellplätze und vor allem auch ein gewollter städtebaulicher Akzent im Bereich des Brückenkopfes, der Kreuzung und entlang der Straße realisiert werden. Die Architektur entwickelt sich daher einerseits aus nutzungs- und technikspezifischen Anforderungen, andererseits auch aus der Lage und Gestalt des Baugrundstückes.
