Three building types have been identified located in different areas of the site.
The first, inspired by traditional dwellings of the Koli fishermen, overlooks the Ocean and is located on stilts to protect from tidal.
The second one reminds the house with patio, it forms an urban agglomeration similar to informal buildings of the nearby suburb and is located in the highest area of the peninsula.
The third type is configured as a ring that surrounds the Worli Fort creating a square and in direct relation with the ocean, recalling the idea of the first houses of fishermen on stilts.
