This project and client presented one of the more unique situations we have encountered as the client had lived there for nearly 30 years. We were tasked with reimagining and reinvigorating the spaces for the next chapter of the client’s life there. We developed a successful collaboration as a result of our client’s refined art collection, her trust in our ability, and a sensitive tension between old and new; Wabi-Sabi.
