Located in the area of the former Cine Rex that was later transformed into the theater Zaccaro, the new house aims to fill a gap in the market for places of excellence to hold shows of up to 6.500 people, in addition the house was designed to host all kinds of event and event is cultural, corporate or all kinds of meetings. The study seeks to preserve the memory of the place and at the same time presents a modern equipment and great potential of valorization for the surroundings and the region, a São Paulo traditional neighborhood where the artistic life and the culture are interspersed with the daily life.
