Saccharomyces Beer Cafe | Maytree Studios

Located on the dynamic Fish Lane Precinct of South Brisbane, this project involved the enclosure of an existing outdoor space to create a 100 person bar and café. The project required cooperation and coordination with Stephen Cameron & Co who was responsible for a concurrent project on the main building. The integration of the bar with the existing context required the resolution of complex access to premises compliance issues. Our team worked with the client from the early stages of searching for a tenancy through design, documentation and construction.
This project was designed with a strict budget and required creative thinking from the team in order to meet the functional brief while still providing a beautiful interior.
