From an executive point of view, the building renovation project aims to bring the building back to its original architectural image.

The building will regain its image through the faithful and careful revival of the original components, starting from the tempered glass windows, the geometry of the internal coverings and the relative components.

To achieve this, the recovery and restoration of the same is provided, replacing the degraded or unsuitable materials in terms of safety, replacing them with similar products but provided with a classification suitable for public entertainment venues.

As regards the destination to the show there are no variations whatsoever and an architectural intervention is planned that will allow the room to acquire further flexibility and versatility: the room is equipped with a device, with hydraulic movement housed in a technical compartment obtained at the below the level of the room, which allows you to change the layout of the hall floor.

The hall can take multiple installations:

- an outfitting with armchairs and sloped floor;

- an arrangement with armchairs and horizontal floor;

- an installation with a completely free horizontal floor (in this case, the armchairs are brought together under the stage as they are fixed on guides and are provided with wheels).

The aim of functional innovation responds to the need to give space a versatility that is more in keeping with the modern criteria for organizing performances, be they musical or theatrical, or new mediumistic technologies.

The organization of services related to the same is revisited: on the upper level (first floor) where the space, first occupied by the gallery, the direction and the services, is unified in order to have an incubation and meeting place between citizens and artists: the ART CAFFE ', a dynamic space in which it is planned to develop all forms of art and communication that are integrated into the cinema and theater: narrative, screenplay, acting, dance, music, set design, photography, television, graphics and painting.
