The facades of Towers are enclosed by a system of inclined surfaces transparent and opaque, able to “breathe” the building through elements of different solar reflectance. From an functionality point of view the Towers are crossed by modular apartments whose aggregation allows to create housing units to custom cut. The car-park are crossed by light aperture, vegetation and are easy to convert to new use when public transport will allow to replace the vehicles with internal combustion engines. The clean energy obtained from natural ventilation meets largely the demand for cooling; The materials used play an important action in favor of environmental sustainability. Design choices are directed to the respect of the relationship between the benefits and costs of global construction, maintenance and management.
