The main goal of the investor, the Żołynia Municipality, was to create a place intended for use by residents and agricultural producers, giving the possibility of direct sale of agricultural products.

The market town in Żołynia was designed in the form of 15 repetitive, open, shelters covered with a sloping roof. In the whole complex, there was one cubature object with toilets, a gatehouse and a utility room. The construction of the roof of each shelter consists of repeatable modules composed of wooden grids and steel frames. The axial dimensions of the module are 4.0mm x 2.4m, construction height 4.65m.
