-ROOMS
All rooms are different in size, ranging from 20 to 48 square metres, with different spatial layout and furniture. Each room has different furnishing elements, ranging from vintage to contemporary design items: original pieces such as 1930s radios, old typewriters and vintage gramophones, individually selected by the owners from local art galleries and in cooperation with a curator of vintage items. All items can be purchased by guests, along with the accessories furnishing the common areas. The suites overlook the charming inner courtyard.

-COMFORT ROOMS
Our comfort rooms are bright 20-square metre rooms with a double bed and a large bathroom. In all rooms, guests will be able to enjoy a complimentary coffee by using the Nepresso coffee machine provided. A wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks and a minibar are also available. In each room, guests will find an Ortigia line courtesy set, complete with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, two soaps and a shower cap. Other vanity sets such as a shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste kit and a sewing kit are available at the reception desk (on request). 

-HOME SUITES
The cosy, 30-square metre Home Suites consist of two rooms, with a double bed or twin beds, and a living area with a sofa bed and a table/writing desk, overlooking the hotel’s spectacular private courtyard. The following are complimentary for guests: a kettle for teas and herbal teas and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of snacks and they will also find a fully equipped minibar. 

-QUEEN ROOMS
The elegant and functional Queen Rooms, measuring 30 square metres, consist of a single large room and feature a king size double bed. A Nespresso coffee machine is also provided, which is complimentary for guests. Guests can also enjoy tempting snacks and use the minibar.

-SAVONA VIEW SUITES
The spacious and sophisticated Savona View Suites, measuring 48 square metres, consist of two rooms: a double bedroom with a king size bed and a large living area. These rooms boast fantastic views of the famous and cosmopolitan via Savona. In all rooms, guests will be able to enjoy complimentary hot beverages by using the kettle for teas and herbal teas and Nepresso coffee machine provided. A wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks and a minibar are also available. 

STUDIO SUITES
The spacious Studio Suites, measuring 40 square metres, consist of two rooms: a double bedroom and a living area with a worktable, which makes them ideal also for small business meetings. The Suites overlook the charming inner courtyard. The following are complimentary for guests: a kettle for teas and herbal teas and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of snacks and they will also find a fully equipped minibar.

-DESIGN SECTION
Savona 18 Suites was converted from a typical housing of Milan, more than one century old, to a hotel and is therefore the result of a remarkable renovation project by designer Aldo Cibic, focused on preserving the architectural design of the historic building, i.e. a characteristic example of a Milanese courtyard representing the “style” of Milan’s residential housings with communal balconies, which were typical of the early 20th century. The prestigious Design Hotel, located in the Navigli district of Milan, not far from via Tortona, with its modern but gracious style, is ideally situated in one of the city’s most bustling and cosmopolitan districts, full of bars and restaurants, which today has become a landmark of design and fashion, hosting unique events that attract many visitors all year round. The hotel is furnished with a full range of fine design items by renowned designer Aldo Cibic.

DESIGN
A perfect balance between the retro architecture of the building, skilfully renovated without altering its original design, and contemporary furnishings and décor.

-DESIGN STORE
Each room of Savona 18 Suites has different furnishing elements: all vintage items are unique pieces, coming from Italy and other parts of the world, individually selected by the owners in cooperation with a curator of vintage items. During their stay, guests can inquire about the history of each item at the reception desk and may buy them if they wish. Below is a preview of the items in the rooms.

-PAOLA C. BY ALDO CIBIC
The warm and welcoming spaces of Savona 18 Suites stand out for the unique design of the Tablejoy furnishings by Paola C. The Tablejoy story designed by Aldo Cibic is a joyful, colourful and somewhat anarchic family of tableware. They include vases, carafes, cake stands and cups that can be broken down and recomposed as desired, creatively mixing colours, shapes and materials. The game involves multiplying objects and their functions, turning children’s formal language into design.

Sophisticated, cosy and intimate, but with a cosmopolitan atmosphere: guests will find the Savona 18 Suites to be the perfect venue for any event or meeting.

-MEETING ROOM
The Hotel boasts a bright and modern area for hosting events, with plenty of natural light, overlooking the large inner courtyard of the building, suitable for private and corporate meetings, workshops and showcases. It can be set up as an auditorium for 30 people and as a boardroom for 8 people.

-PETIT CAFE’
At the elegant Petit Café, guests can enjoy a pleasant break or breakfast, but also a wide range of cocktails, aperitifs and light lunches while relaxing in a cosy lounge that extends outdoors in a courtyard with a contemporary style: an oasis of peace, perfect for a lunch break or an aperitif, to be enjoyed while looking onto one of the most dynamic and bustling areas of the city. With its fine designer furnishings, the Hotel’s café combines colour and elegance, along with a relaxing atmosphere, and is the ideal meeting place for cosmopolitan guests visiting Milan. Also open to external guests.

-OUTDOOR AREA
The spectacular inner courtyard of the Hotel is the ideal location for hosting various kinds of events in an attractive and stylish environment - featuring a mural designed by Aldo Cibic - which, by adding sofas and armchairs, has been turned into a large open-air lounge. The space boasts a large surface area of 310 sq metres, which serves as a perfect setting for design and cultural events, fashion shows, presentations, press days and corporate aperitifs.
