Restoration and extension of a portion of a family villa Rho / Italy / 2019

The portion of a two-family villa is extended internally and externally. The first operation is carried out by connecting the ground floor and basement in a single space through a play of "raumplan" with the chimney as a joint element. The second operation is carried out with the insertion of an architectural parasite that expands the house towards the back garden and the new little bio-pool.
