The long facade covering the fronts of centergross was designed with biodynamic concrete elements off-site prefabricated presenting a sinuous shape in order to aquire a sense of continuos movement that give to the whole elevation a non-regular frame. these same elements, in some portion cover the roof plan creating a living and relax areas, walking paths, fitness fields for outside gymnastic. the properties of the photo-catalytic material chosen, in contact with sunlight, let you capture some contaminants present in the atmosphere helping to improve the environmental sustainibility. the facade system, the superelevation of the entrance building and all the project solutions, after a deeply search it has been estimated approximately around 1400€ for square meter. the avenues crisscrossing parallel the centergross and the structure itself constitute the "spine" of the area. the roads that cut transversely the linear block of the centergross take the form of a “spinal column” at the service of the whole surrounding area, which together the system used in the facade configured as a “vertebrae” constitutes the genesis of our design idea. This façade makes it possible to hide and integrate the waste collection system and the ducted systems. the garbage will be conveyed into the bins placed in a sorting area located in the basement. about the restyling of the long gallery, have been designed silhouette,which function as a support for the roofs and at the same time furnish and give quality to the interior space.
