Located in Oltaszyn, a district on the southern outskirts of Wroclaw. Although Oltaszyn's history dates back to the Middle Ages, the area was almost completely destroyed in World War II and remained undeveloped. Over the past few years it has seen rapid growth, first as a luxury neighborhood of single-family homes that has now transformed to include numerous low-intensity apartment complexes.
The building plot is surrounded by built-up homes and undeveloped plots. Rectangular in shape, the shortest border runs adjacent to the road, with the building set 5 m from the easement. The building stands as close as possible to the north and west border to allow for a spacious garden. The extended corner of the plot serves as an entrance to the garage that also allows for additional parking, thereby saving precious space.
The ground floor is designed to provide an easy transition from one side of the house to the other. Immediately upon entering the home there is a panoramic view of the garden. The first floor serves as the living quarters with an entertainment room. The design of the children's bedrooms was a crucial feature, each has a mezzanine and is well-lit. The family bathroom is spacious and features a sauna that also has a door to the terrace. Similar to the living and dining room arrangement on the ground floor, the entertainment room also features sliding patio doors to provide an unencumbered view of the garden.
