The objective was to build a modern house with clean lines, big volumes and environments which compliment the Marne River allowing the views and surroundings to take centre stage. The ground floor is for social spaces, allowing a relationship with the first floor through a mezzanine that opens into the living space. On the first floor we have the intimate spaces that take full advantage around the emptiness.
