Casa Ifni

An apartment of the 30s, with lots of tiny spaces, closed and lacking light.
The restoration goal was to transform a historical building into a modern environment with open spaces full of light.
The main objective was to remove the barriers, so that each floor would be determined for a specific use: the basement for the garage,  wellness area and a room for various use; the ground-floor for a living-room and kitchen; the first and the second floor for private rooms and spaces.  The common denominator was to to create a space inside the space, and this solution was made under smart consideration of each element, without a doubt thanks to the installation of the sliding systems by KronaKoblenz.
Kit Futura pocket door, installed into the wall, allows to totally hide the door inside while sliding system System 0600 by KronaKoblenz disappears in the ceiling what allows to apply a door flush  to ceiling, and to use it for different types of environment in the basement and upper floors.

Un’abitazione degli anni 30, con molti spazi piccoli, chiusi e poveri di luce.
Lo scopo della ristrutturazione è stato quello di trasformare un edificio storico in un ambiente moderno con ambienti aperti e ricchi di luce.
Eliminare le barriere è stato pertanto l'obiettivo primario, in modo che ogni piano fosse definito per un uso specifico: il piano interrato per il garage, l’ area wellness e una stanza per usi vari; il piano terra per il soggiorno e la cucina; il primo e il secondo piano per le camere e gli ambienti privati. Il denominatore comune è stato creare spazio nello spazio e la soluzione ha visto una gestione intelligente di ogni elemento anche grazie all’installazione dei sistemi scorrevoli di Krona Koblenz.
Il telaio Kit Futura, integrato nella parete, consente di nascondere completamente il pannello porta all'interno mentre il sistema di scorrimento System 0600 di Krona Koblenz scompare nel soffitto permettendo di realizzare porte a tutta altezza, utilizzate per i vari ambienti del piano interrato e dei piani superiori.
