Steelcase has built up its European Hub, the LINC, as a creative studio.

The LINC - Learning + Innovation Center - is the european Hub of Steelcase, the world's leading company specialized in workspaces, based in Munich, Germany.

It grew out of Steelcase's extensive workspace research. Entirely turned towards the era of creativity, it is in a way the prototype of the "office of tomorrow". The workplace is a must-see destination for a wealth of ideas. The LINC, with its 14,400 square meters, is a great "playground" to create.

It welcomes 230 employees from 25 different nationalities with diverse backgrounds (engineers, designers, space planners, researchers, marketers, etc.) and at different hierarchy levels within Steelcase, as well as clients and visitors, offering them an unparalleled view of Steelcase uses space to learn, innovate and grow.

The way the LINC is designed, facilitates the mobility of individuals to promote serendipity, that is to say the circulation of ideas capable of generating fortuitous discoveries. 

In addition, the design of the workspaces must allow employees to be themselves and to feel good physically, but also emotionally to innovate.

The LINC is not a traditionnal company building, but is more a creative studio.
