Historical information about the building:
Andriy Ivanov Street runs from Glory Square to Moscow Street. One of the ancient streets of the Pechersk. In the eighteenth century it was called the Street of Spereska. Since 1803 known as Boutishev Lane. The parallel name is Lane Shestovsky. The modern name since 1940

Three-story, brick, erected in the late nineteenth century. in an eclectic style with a predominance of neo-Renaissance and pseudo-anti-Roman forms. Almost rectangular, with a small take-off at the expense of the passage, consists of two sections with one exit, organized in the courtyard.
