A special boulangerie-patisserie was set up in a central point of the city of Arta, offering a double-height space which includes the main reception and a sales area, combined with an angular stone facade with large windows that match ideally with the interior design. The primary goal was to create an atmosphere reminiscent of the bakeries of the French province without omitting modern design details.

The wooden grid on the roof, made of logs, is perfectly combined with the room divider of the workshop-kitchen, which is transparent and so makes much of the production process visible, while the white surfaces offer luxury and purity to the space.

Wood, tiles in geometric patterns and an elaborate panelling that embraces the display windows, complement the style of the store and ensure the ideal balance between the past and the present.
