The client expressed his intention from the beginning: to create a new concept of hemodialysis center with values ​​unique to his patients that, at the same time, did not look like a hospital.

Its special location on the edge of a public green zone is reflected in the design of common areas, where an outdoor area with entrance and covered terrace links the building with its green surroundings.  

Due to the fact that patients face many restrictions when they are at the Nordial Center, we set ourselves the task of designing a multifunctional building, diversified ... We tried to create an environment that provided the maximum autonomy and confort to patients. 

Due to its innovative energy technology with all-electric heating and hot water, supplied by full-surface photovoltaic roof in the south side, the building.
